Behavioral Based Interviewing
Organizationally, we are utilizing Behavioral Based Interviewing as part of the interviewing process for all levels of talent. Behavioral Interviewing is the most proven and practical method of interviewing as the questions prompt candidates to describe actual past behavior on the job, school, or life experience (for entry-levels). In turn, it helps to predict future success. CRL Interview Guides will also be provided and will serve up behavioral competency questions, specifically aligned to our CRL DNA. Participants will also learn how they can craft technical interview questions using this model.
To simplify the introduction and adoption of Behavioral Based Interviewing across Charles River, we are providing training from one of our certified internal trainers with the option to attend one of the virtual sessions, or in-person locally at your site.
The following employee groups should register for either a virtual or in-person & on-site session:
Hiring Managers – Anyone that is currently recruiting or will be recruiting for their team
Interview Panelists – Anyone that is included in the interviewing process
Talent Acquisition & HR – Anyone that is involved in the recruiting and candidate review process
*Note, all parties of an interviewing panel are required to attend, to ensure a fair and consistent process, free of potential bias.
